The Lehigh & Hudson River Railway got its name in 1882. The railroad operated in the states New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York and their headquarters were in Warwick, New York. The Lehigh & Hudson River Railway was the smallest of six railroads that were merged into Conrail in 1976.
