Our San Luis Valley Southern Railway cap comes with a colorful San Luis Valley Southern Railway embroidered logo patch. Th railroad was known as "the Taos Route".

The San Luis Valley Southern Railway was a shortline railroad (approximately 1.53 miles long) that began operations under the name San Luis Valley Southern Railway December 13, 1928 and on September 24, 1953 was granted a partial abandomnent. On October 22, 1954 the railroad was granted a new charted in Colorado under the name Southern San Luis Valley Railroad and operated in the state of Colorado with their headquarters and locomotive facility in Blanca, Colorado. The railroad ceased operations on December 31, 1996.

This San Luis Valley Southern Railway cap is made of 65% Polyester-35% Cotton and has an adjustable plastic strap for one size fits most for a comfortable fit for years of use.
