The Mobile and Ohio Railroad was a railroad in the Southern United States. The Mobile & Ohio Railroad had 1536 miles of track in Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee. On September 13, 1940 it was merged with the Gulf, Mobile & Northern Railroad to form the Gulf, Mobile & Ohio Railroad.
