The Chicago & North Western Railway Line was a Class I railroad and operated in the midwestern United States. It was also known as the North Western. The railroad operated 5000 miles of track with their headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. The Chicago & North Western Railway Line operated from 1902 until 1944. The Union Pacific Railroad purchased the railroad in 1995.
